Do you offer a warranty?
Each Husk Hammock comes with a one-year warranty. This Limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period Husk Hammocks will repair or replace the product or parts of the product defective from normal use.
This warranty does not cover any problem caused by malfunctions or damage caused by improper use.
To obtain warranty service you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropiate solution for you.
Liability and warnings
Prior to each use, Check your Husk Hammock and tree saver straps are in good condition, Check for and avoid sharp items, and check that there are no overhead hazards i.e dead branches, rocks, coconuts etc. Make sure the trees you use are sturdy and alive, never set your hammock up higher than a couple of feet off the ground
What is the best way to care for my Husk Hammock?
Always make sure your Husk Hammock is fully clean and dry after us. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Hand wash in warm water, do not tumble dry.
